What are your opening hours?At JH Cleaning, our goal is to offer a flexible and comprehensive cleaning service in Jackson Hole. We understand that we live in a busy world, and our customers’ schedules can be very tight. Therefore, our teams work 7 days per week, day and night, to be able to come to you on the preferred day and time. Our customer service department is open 7 days per week, 24 hours per day. So anytime you feel like asking us a question or getting a quote, don’t hesitate to contact us by call, text, Whatsapp, email, or on our social media.

Do I need to be in the house while the job is done?This is totally up to you! All our workers are trustworthy and can be left in the house unsupervised without any concern. It’s actually much easier for the cleaners to work if you’re not in the house, as they won’t disturb you in any way. Many times, people prefer to just let us in and then go and enjoy the free time or go do their work. Or, if it’s convenient for you, we can even arrange collection and delivery of the key so we can let ourselves in without any hassle for you. But, if you prefer to be in the house while the work is carried on, that won’t be an issue either!

What methods of payment do you accept?As we try to make it as easy as possible for you, we accept a variety of payment methods. So you can pay cash, card over the phone or local Check. Once payment is made, the receipt will be emailed to you at the email address provided.

How do I get a quote?Getting a quote from us is a very simple process! You can get in touch with one of our agents by call, message, or email. We will ask you a few questions, to determine your exact needs, and 9 times out of 10, we can give you a quote straight away! On some occasions, we may need you to send us a video or photos in order for a quote. We either need a video sent to us or we need to send a technician to see the site. For commercial customers, we will need to arrange for a non-obligatory visit. As we always try to be as efficient as possible, we will have someone visit the site within 24 hours of your request.
